First, we only collect information you give us. When sending us a message through our contact form, we’ll ask for personal information like your name, email address and telephone number. If you want to take full advantage of our sharing features, we might offer to create an account with a username and password. Because we use Google Analytics to look at the trend of our general use of our services, your IP address will also be collected.

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Noveon personnel information that is shared for Noveon internal business and compliance.

We review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We will work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.

    Noveon may receive requests from governments and courts around the world to hand over user data. If this happens, our legal team will review each and every request, regardless of type. To the extent we are able to, we will do our best to push back when the requests appear to be overly broad or don’t follow the correct process.

    For example, we continuously monitor our systems to check that they are working as intended and in order to detect and fix errors.

  • Protect Noveon and our users
    For example, one reason we collect and analyze IP addresses and cookies is to protect our services against automated abuse that can compromise our website or steal our information.
