The choices we offer, including how to access and update information.
We collect information in the following way:
First, we only collect information you give us. When sending us a message through our contact form, we’ll ask for personal information like your name, email address and telephone number. If you want to take full advantage of our sharing features, we might offer to create an account with a username and password. Because we use Google Analytics to look at the trend of our general use of our services, your IP address will also be collected.
Information we share:
We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Noveon personnel information that is shared for Noveon internal business and compliance.
For legal reasons:
We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Noveon if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

If Noveon is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Information security:
We work hard to protect Noveon and our users or customers from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular, we review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems. We restrict access to personal information to Noveon employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.

We will work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.
In the event of a sale or similar transaction:
In the event of a sale of at least a majority of the company or of any other change in control, we reserve the right to transfer any information that we have collected to the buyer or the new controlling entity.
