As demand for electricity sharply rises, so too does the demand for efficient motors and the powerful magnets needed to power them. With greater than half of the world’s energy consumed by electric motors, rare earth magnets hold the key to maximizing efficient electrical consumption and unlocking our high-tech, sustainable future. But an unstable supply chain and massive environmental impact are holding us back. 

Noveon was founded not just with the goal of developing a superior magnet: Our sights were set higher to change the world and provide a cleaner, safer and more efficient future. We assembled a purpose-built team of scientists and engineers to develop a better product that would push the boundary of what’s possible — and we are succeeding. As the only manufacturer of rare earth magnets in the U.S., leveraging a completely domestic — and abundant — cache of materials, we’re doing everything on our terms.
